Award-winning chocolatier, Angela, combines the flavours of Northumberland County with the finest ethically sourced chocolate from around the world. Cramahe Hill Marmalade uses Angela’s chocolate in a number of blends and we're honoured that our Mimosa marm featured in a C&M bon bon in 2020.
Dana is a branding expert, art director and graphic designer with expertise from large corporate accounts to small family-run businesses and artists. She's a busy pro and we're ecstatic that she made time to develop the branding for Cramahe Hill Marmalade and Cramahe Hill Studios.
Gary is a professional photographer who shoots portraits, documentary, fine art, studio & product photography. He and Cramahe Hill Marmalade Maker & Owner, Sami Dalby are partners in life and in Cramahe Hills Studios. Gary provides all the product &professional photography for Cramahe Hill Marmalade.
Peter Burt began perfecting his method of making sea salt while Chef de Cuisine at Raymonds Restaurant in St. John's. He and partner Robin Crane sold their first batches of salt at the St. John’s Farmers Market, to specialty shops, and chefs before relocating to Bonavista in 2017. CH Marmalade uses their amazing salt in 2 blends (and counting).

In 2015, Joseph & Priscilla began cultivating black currants commercially on their 12-acre farm near the shores of Lake Ontario in Brighton, Ontario. Cramahe Hill Marmalade is exceptionally grateful to them for introducing these intensely flavoured berries to Canadians and we use both the sauce and whole berries in our marms.
Anna Carruthers, of St. Ambrose Honey, is a 3rd generation apiarist. She started hobby beekeeping in 1999 & has produced & sold honey ever since. Sandy Flat Sugar Bush in Warkworth, Ontario is a family run large operation sugar bush. In recent years they have started to offer their locally tapped and produced maple syrup infused with coffee, lavender, chili, & cinnamon. At CH Marm that was all we needed to know to try marrying marmalade and maple syrup. It's heaven.

Martin & Eric planted their first saffron bulbs in 2016 in the rolling hills of Northumberland County. By their second harvest they achieved the highest saffron rating (Grade I) for quality, colour, flavour and aroma. This exceptional colour and perfume is precisely why we use it in three different marmalades including award winning Oh Canada.
Wildwood is a private hobby farm & rose garden. Fortunately, CHM are exceptionally good friends with the owner and producer and we are able to use multiple varieties of beautifully fragrant and edible roses grown at Wildwood in our marmalade.
ZWS is a farm-gate shop in Warkworth specializing in local hand-made zero waste products, biodegradable soaps, organic flower teas & jams, local produce, and....marmalade. CHM is very pleased to stock limited edition small-batch marms at ZWS and to use edible, pesticide-free, flowers in our blends.
